Our father is described by many as a perfectionist,

a brilliant mind, and a person who loved to laugh.

Sadly, his final years were punctuated by his battles with Alzheimer's, a cruel disease that chipped away the core of his personality.

With no cure on the horizon, and the numbers of affected patients on the rise,

Alzheimer's wreaks havoc on the individual and their families.
